1.1mm
x 1.1mm nanopower magnetic field sensors
This new GMR ( Giant Magneto Resistive
) digital switch is designed to run at low voltages
and extremely low currents.
The
output is configured as a magnetic “switch”
where the output turns on when the magnetic field is
applied, and turns off when the magnetic field is removed.
The IC is internally duty cycled at approximately 0.1%
to conserve power. An integrated latch ensures the output
is available at all times. The IC is available in a
new ULLGA leadless package, which measures just 1.1
mm x 1.1 mm x 0.4 mm. More....

0.01%
ratio matched precision thin film resistor networks
With
ratio tolerances down to 0.01% and ratio matching available
to 1ppm/°C the RM series of thin film resistor networks
offers the designer a highly accurate and economical
resistor network.
The
surface mount networks are dual resistor devices with
a combined resistance range from 100R to 330K and are
available in both 0805 and 1206 sizes. More.... |
